Redeemed Community
Redeemed is a community for Christian game players. As such, maintaining a high degree of communication among ourselves is a top priority, and we provide several means for members to interact and stay in touch, within a game and out.

The message board is the heart of the community. This is where most members hang out and fellowship. It's also where you'll see discussion of upcoming games and events, new games we're thinking about adding, and pretty much anything else. The board is moderated to maintain a safe Christian environment. Also notice that there is a direct link to the board on the menu sidebar.

We also maintain an IRC-based chat server for Redeemed use. This is a private server unattached to any exterior IRC networks, and is closely monitored for unwelcome activity. There are two ways to reach the chat room. If you have a standalone IRC client, you can access the server via the IP address (76.107.162.100:11111), and join channel #redeemed.
It is usually difficult to add a new server to the server lists in most IRC clients; however, you can usually still join manually by entering /server 76.107.162.100 11111 in the command window, and then /join #redeemed once it is connected.
You can also use a Java-based chat client to access the chat room. This client is located here. This will handle all the work of connecting to the server and joining the appropriate channel for you, but of course it is limited to a Web browser. There is a direct link to this Java client on the menu sidebar.

Also, we maintain a Teamspeak server for in-game voice communication. This server is located at 76.107.162.100. This server is usually idle when not specifically being used, so we recommend that you let people know ahead of time if you plan to use it. You can get a copy of teamspeak at www.teamspeak.org. It is, of course, free.

Please note that the IP address of the chat room and teamspeak server (76.107.162.100) may change from time to time. This site will always contain the current IP, so if you have problems connecting, check to ensure that the IP is the same.
